Funeral services were held on Thursday January 22, 2009 at the St. Paul Lutheran Ch. Mark was laid to rest at the Watertown Twp. Cemetery in Fostoria MI. Pastor James Bruner delivered the funeral message and committal prayers at the cemetery.

| | | Mark passed away early and suddenly Sunday morning January 18, 2009 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Saginaw, Mark was 51.
Mark G. Leach was born on March 11, 1957 in Flint MI and was the son of George & Niola (Kitelinger) Leach. Mark grew up in Millington and graduated from Millington High in 1975. On August 3, 2002 Mark married Joy Kischnick, and together Joy and Mark have celebrated six wonderful years of marriage. Mark has been employed for the past 12 years with Star of the West Milling Co. in Frankenmuth, working as their fertilizer & Chemical Applicator. Mark was also a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Millington and a member of the Saginaw Two Cylender Club. He was also a truck driver and was State Certified by the DOT as a Commercial Vehicle Inspector. Mark leaves his family; Wife;
Joy, two sons and a daughter in-law; Dustin & Kari Leach, and Jacob Leach. Two step-daughters and husbands; Erin & Hans Schmandt, and Leah & Zachary Zuzula. Three grandchildren Aubrie Leach, Peyton & Qwilleran Schmandt. Mother Mrs. Niola Leach and his mother in-law Mrs. Grace Roedel. Two sisters and brothers in-law; Nila & Stephen Schmandt, Tracy & Russ Baker. Two brothers and sisters in-law Roger & Diane Leach, Kendell & Kathy Leach. As well as several aunts, uncles,cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and many friends. Mark is preceded in death by his dad George, a nephew Brock Leach, and niece Shelly Dzienski. Gifts of remembrance can be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church,or to a charity of one's choice. Hanlin Funeral Home has been assisting the Leach family with the arrangements.
