Millicent passed from our world into God's Kingdom early Friday morning October 10, 2008 while at the Brian's House Hospice Center in Davison MI. Millicent was 82.
Millicent was born on August 20, 1926 in Flint MI. and was the daughter of Martin & Florence (Brink) Oeder, she was also the foster daughter of Leo & Leona Torrey.
Millicent was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Davison,and also a member of the famous "RED HAT SOCIETY".
Millicent leaves her six children; Dennis & Claudia Rowland, Patricia Stephens, Dave & Denise Rowland, Pam & Jeff McClain, Mark Rowland, and Mike & Gaylene Rowland, 18 grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. She also leaves four sisters; Betty Weiss, Marilyn Riley, Darlene Lynch, and Sharon Alexander. Millicent leaves also several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and her foster parents. She is preceded also by husbands; Perry Rowland, and Will Kram, grandson Ryan Josza, a brother Robert Aeder, and a sister Mildred Stein.
Hanlin Funeral Home in Millington has been assisting the family with Millicents funeral arrangements.
