Frances passed away Thursday afternoon while at Stephani's Place Adult Foster Care in Caro MI. Frances was 85.
Frances S. Shipman was born on October 30, 1922 in Paragold Arkansas and was the daughter of James & Cora (Grammling) Shipman. She has been a Millingon resident for many years. Frances is retired from General Motors Fisher Body Divison Coldwater Road Plant. Frances leaves her family.
Children; James & Sharon Bailey, Lillie & William Mangold, Floyd & Sheryl Stroud. She also leaves several grandchildren, and several great grandchildren, and other family and extended family.
