Leon Ratza of Millington passed away at his Millington residence suddenly Friday July 11, 2008, Leon was 52.
Francis Leon Ratza was born on November 27, 1956 in Flint MI. and was the son of Francis (Dick) & Joyce (Hall) Ratza. Leon has been a life long Millington resident. Growing up in Millington Leon went to school and graduated from MHS. After high school Leon joined the US-Marine Corp, and served three years in the corp. When he returned home he went to work for the Millington Gravel Company of which he was still currently employed. Leon leaves to cherish his memory his parents; Dick & Joyce Ratza, four sisters and two brother in-laws; Linda Ratza, Maxine (Mickey) & Greg DeBlois, Sheila & Dave McEldowney, and Jennifer Ratza. As well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Leon is preceded in death by a sister Deb (Ratza) Ramsey in 2000.
