Joe passed away early Saturday morning February 23, 2008 while at the William Beaumont Medical Center in Brimingham MI. Joe was 19.
Joe was born in Dearborn Mi. on August 4, 1988 and was the son of the late Timothy Bailey and Kelly (Pesendez) Baily. Joe has been residing in the Midland Michigan area with his Mom Kelly. Joe is survied by his mom, grandparents, and a host of other family and friends. Gifts of remembrance in Joe's memory can be directed to the family.
