Shipping and Handling Charges
For a single copy, the shipping and handling charges for It's Okay to
Cry Guide Through Grief is $1.25 US. Beyond that, bulk weight and destination
charges make shipping and handling a variable cost.
Sales tax applies except for non-profit organizations i.e. school,
churches, civic and social service entities.
The purchase of a single (1) facilitator's Manual is $9.95 and a single
(1) activity workbook is $6.95 which is a total of $16.90. The purchase
of an individual book is $14.95(book includes activity workbook and facilitator's
manual). Of course, a discount is in place for any purchase of ten (10)
or more.
