Memorials--How They Help with the Grieving Process

Memorials include many different aspects. The memorial can be in place of a funeral service, it can happen immediately after the death, or it can be held weeks or months later. Memorials tend to be less detailed than funerals and provide an opportunity for the community to come together to support the family and each other in their loss.
