You will select the cremation container as required by the crematory and the urn of your choice. These charges will be added to the package price.
This package includes the basic services of our funeral directors and staff with all arrangements by the family being cared for at the funeral home; local transfer of remains to the funeral home and crematory; crematory and medical examiner's fees; and temporary cardboard container for the cremated remains. This package does not include embalming, viewing, services, or cremation container (as required by the crematory). Viewing for the purpose of identification of the remains is required, and one representative chosen by the family sill be allowed to do so at no additional charge.
You select the cremation container (as required by the crematory), and this charge will be added to the package price. Urns are also available for an additional charge.
Charges for outer burial container (if your cemetery requires one), cemetery opening and closing fees, certified copies of the death certificate, sales tax and other cash advances, etc. are additional. Because the plan is already offered at a substantial discount, the additional discount for cash or check payment does not apply.
