David Mark Blackwell, 47, of Spartanburg, died Friday, October 9, 2009. Born November 10, 1961, in Spartanburg County, SC, he was the son of John B. and Elaine D. Blackwell of Spartanburg. He was the president of CBA, Inc. and a graduate of USC – Spartanburg. Also surviving is a brother, John M. Blackwell and his wife Robin, a niece, Aften M. Blackwell, a nephew, M. Hunter Blackwell, and his maternal grandmother, Mildred A. Davis, all of Spartanburg. Private services will be held.
