June T. (Webb) McCarty Bishop, age 87 of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Sunday May 23, 2010 at Heartland of Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Bishop and son James P. McCarty and a daughter, Geneva Holley also three brothers, Oliver Webb, Charles Hiram and Roy Webb; two sisters, Elizabeth Trimble and Mary Perkins.
She was born April 17, 1923 in Lovely, Ky. to the late Charles and Lucille Webb. She was a devoted loving wife and mother. She gave her all to her family and she will be deeply missed by her loved ones and friends.
She is survived by four sons, Roy (Jill) McCarty of Oak Hill, John McCarty of Ocala, Florida, Edward Henry (Kathy) McCarty of New Vienna, Ohio and Okie (Dian) McCarty of Norman, Ok ; sister Helen (Burley) Maynard of Lovely Ky. and brother James (June) Webb of Norman, Ok. ; also grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
A memorial service 8:00 P.M. is planned immediately following the visitation at the Kuhner-Lewis Funeral Home, 202 Maple Ave. Oak Hill, Ohio on Tuesday May 25, from 5 to 8 p.m.
