Frank Richard White, age 54, of Oak Hill, formerly of St. Petersburg Florida, passed away Friday November 6, 2009 at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. He was born August 26, 1955 in Columbus Ohio, to Marjorie (Newman) Mercer and the late Earl Frank White. Frank was a member of the Amvets.
In addition to his mother Marjorie, he is survived by sisters, Connie (Gary) Mercer, of Oak Hill, Tammie (Bill) Thiel, of St. Petersburg Florida, Debra Wickline, of Jackson; brother, Michael (Shannon) White, of Jackson; three step sisters, Christine, Beverly and Vicki Mercer; ten nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
