It has been too many years since I've been back home to visit but I do remember visiting with Aunt Ruby when we were kids. She always had a smile for us kids. She will be missed. Love Christopher C. Keels | From: Chris Keels 02/10/2007 01:51 AM

John and I would like to express our deepest sympathy. I have so many fond memories of Ruby from childhood up through my adult life. I cherish all my wonderful visits, and the years I played the piano for her and the senior choir at Union Baptist Church. What joy my Grandmother Lelia and all of Ruby's friends are having today in heaven. John & Lucretia (Scott) Scalia | From: John & Lucretia Scalia 02/07/2007 09:59 PM

I am a nurse who took part in Rubys' care. I will always remember her sweet nature, and the lovely smile that I was greeted with whenever I stopped to visit. She is certainly with the Lord, and I pray that she will watch over us now. My sincere condolences to all the family now, while you grieve this loss. We want to extend our sincere sympathy for the loss of Sister Ruby. She was a cornerstone of Union Baptist and one of Mom's (Lelia Scott) dearest cousins. They had many great years in Blackfork and I know there is rejoicing going on in Heaven today. God needed her beautiful soprano voice to complete his Heavenly Choir. May God bless and comfort you.
