We are truly sorry for your loss. Frank was a great neighbor here in Oak Hill and he will be truly missed. We will always remember Frank and his little dog Dixie. We'll always remember the summer with Frank by the fire pit having a cold beer on his birthday when his sister came all the way from Florida just to be with him. We loved his stories he could really make us laugh and have a good time. He was a great person. We are truly saddened by your loss.
