Rita Muzio Bianchi
Rita Muzio Bianchi, age 84, died on October 31, 2009 after a brief illness. She was a native San Franciscan, wife of the late Guido Bianchi (1989). She is survived by her loving family, son Paul Bianchi, daughter-in –law Linda, granddaughters Frankie and Gianna of Redwood City. Rita is also survived by her sister, Sylvia Bersaglieri, her nieces Rita DeMatteis, Ann Bersaglieri and Judi Bersaglieri and nephew Mick Bersaglieri. She is preceded in death by her brother, Steve Muzio and sister, Bena Guaraglia.
Rita was born in San Francisco, April 11, 1925, to immigrant parents, Paul Muzio and Agostina Musante Muzio of Propata, Italy.
Rita will be missed by many friends and relatives.
Friends are invited to attend a Visitation from 6 to 8 pm with a 7 pm Vigil Service on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at Crippen & Flynn Carlmont Chapel, 1111 Alameda de las Pulgas in Belmont. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 10 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1040 Alameda de las Pulgas in Belmont. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma.
