Marie Josephine Carmann Resident of San Mateo Marie Josephine Carmann passed away in Redwood City on Sept. 12, 2009 at the age of 83. She was a native of San Francisco and a 33 year resident of San Mateo. Marie graduated from Balboa High School and was an employee of Sears Roebuck for 35 years. She is survived by her beloved husband Ralph; loving daughter Janet Barbot and son-in-law Pasqual (Pete); adoring grandchildren Jennifer Bodensteiner (Bill) and Anthony Barbot and great grandchildren Nash and Daniel (Little Ralphie). Marie was best friends for over 70 years with the late Norma and Victor Pinotti. Friends are invited to a Visitation on Thursday, Sept. 17, from 7 to 8:30 pm at Crippen & Flynn Carlmont Chapel, 1111 Alameda de las Pulgas in Belmont. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, Sept. 18, 2009, 11 am at Crippen & Flynn Carlmont Chapel. Interment will follow at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo.
