Don S. George Resident of San Carlos Don S. George entered his heavenly home on August 21, 2009 at the age of 83. He was a native of Chehalis, WA and a longtime resident of San Carlos. Mr. George was a proud Navy veteran of WWII. He also spent more than 40 years maintaining and keeping the aircraft safe for United Airlines. Survivors are his beloved wife of nearly 60 years Edna, sons Thomas and Bradley, and his sister Bebe. Services will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 468 Grand Ave. Redwood City, CA at 11:00am in Friday August 28, 2009. The family prefers that memorial gifts be given to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of the PIMA Air Museum in Tucson, AZ.
