Isabel Lencioni
June 13, 1928 – August 13, 2009
Isabel Lencioni, 81, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her husband, son, and daughter. Born in Vacaville, California, she was a long time resident of Menlo Park, moving later in life to the Redwood City home her father built and where she was raised.
Isabel, affectionately known as “The Queen” by her family, graduated from Sequoia High School, where she met Bob, her loving husband of 60 years. She was a member of The Italian Catholic Federation of Menlo Park. She always spoke fondly of her trip to Spain with her Aunt Katherine where they visited with their family of origin and enjoyed the beauty of Malaga, Spain.
Isabel is survived by her husband Robert Joseph Lencioni; her daughter, Randell Cauwet; her son, Robert Joseph Lencioni, Jr.; her daughter-in-law, Stephne Lencioni; and her “Angels”, her two grandsons: Christopher and Jonathan Lencioni,.
A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, August 21, 2009 at 11:00 AM at The Church of the Nativity, 210 Oak Grove Ave., Menlo Park, with a church reception following. She will then be laid to rest at Alta Mesa Memorial Park in Palo Alto.
