LOLA M. PALACIOS

At rest in Redwood City on July 5, 2009 at the age of 91. Born

August 28, 1917 to the late Harry and Lillian Rawlings, Lola was

raised in the Mission District of San Francisco. She was a longtime resident of Redwood City and a member of the China Painting Group

of San Mateo .

Lola is survived by her brother, John Lynch and his wife Mary of Redwood City and was the loving aunt to numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, CHP Officer Arthur Palacios; her brothers, William (Bill) Hurst, Hugh, George and Harold Lynch; sisters, Eva Hofrichter, Lilliam Boicelli and Mary Loomis and her brother in law Anthony (Tony) Boicelli,

Friends may visit Wednesday, July 8, 2009 after 5:00 pm and are invited to attend a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm at Crippen & Flynn Woodside Chapel, 400 Woodside Road , Redwood City . A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 10:00 am at Crippen & Flynn Woodside Chapel with interment following at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery , Colma.

The family would like to thank Pathways Hospice for their loving care and support and request, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Pathways Hospice, 585 N. Mary Ave. , Sunnyvale , CA 94085 .
