Maxine V. Reed, born on September 18, 1920, in Muldrow, Oklahoma and a resident of San Carlos, CA , peacefully joined her Lord on June 15, 2009. She was a sweet and loving mother and will be greatly missed by her three daughters LouAnn Crabbe, Vikki (Dominic) Cresci, and Pam Sillifant. Wonderful Grandmother to Shanan (Mark) Kullberg, Jim (Carrie) Crabbe, Janet (Derek) Kirkman, Julia (Neil Rochelle) Crabbe, Melissa (Jason) Littleton , Matthew Lavery, Ashley and Katie Cresci. Proud great-grandmother of Brad and Amanda Kullberg, Mya and Gavin Kirkman, Lilly and Tyler Crabbe, and Dakota Lavery. Her compassion, commitment, and generosity will be missed by her family, friends, and everyone who was blessed to know her. Maxine's devotion to her Heavenly Father should be an inspiration to us all. She touched us all with her positive attitude about life, amazing sense of humor, and gracious style. Although, those of us here are grieving, we are comforted to know that she is rejoicing with her Savior and being warmly welcomed by our loved ones that went before her. A memorial service will be held on June 20, 2009, at Carlmont Chapel located at 1111 Alameda de las Pulgas, Belmont, CA, at 4:00p.m.
