| | | Billy Wayne Willoughby, 51, of Princeton-Kenly Road died Monday at his home. He was a devoted husband and father for 30 years and affectionately known as “Pappy” and was a avid cook and griller. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Minshew-Coley Funeral Home.
Rev. Andy Anderson and Rev. Dennis Pollock will officiate. Burial will follow in the Willoughby Family Cemetery.
Surviving, wife, Paulette Willoughby; two daughters, Wendy Heath of Princeton; Crystal Baker and husband Larry of Wilson; one son, Warren Heath and wife Beverly of Fuquay-Varina; mother, Ella Campbell Willoughby of Wilson; 3 sisters, Margie Taylor of Kenly; Shirley Hargis and husband Walter of Smithfield; Rose Willoughby of Kenly;3 brothers, Earl Willoughby and wife Becky of Kenly; Roy Glenn Willoughby and wife Sharon of Kenly; A.G. Willoughby and wife Betty Joe of Kenly; 7 grandchildren, Joshua, Paige, David, Ashley, Jessica, Heather, and Chase; host of nieces and nephews and beloved pet, Lu-Lu.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7-9 PM at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home.
