| | | Wana “Irene” Tacy Ballance, 86, of Eason, Maryland, formerly of Kenly, North Carolian died August 3, 2009
Visitation will be August 5, 2009 from 7-9 P.M. at the Minshew-Coley Funeral Home in Kenly, NC.
A memorial service will be held at 2PM on August 6, 2009 at Holly Springs Free Will Baptist Church in Kenly.NC. The Rev. Joe Ballance will officiate. Burial to follow in the Kenly Cemetery.
Surviving are one son, John Harding Ballance, Jr. and wife Karen and daughter, Pamela Ballance Edwards and husband James “Tommy” Edwards, grandchildren Kimberly Ballance, Shaun Ballance, and Patrick Ballance, and J. Thomas Edwards, III, and great-grandchildren, Ethan.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Holly Springs FWB Church or the Alzheimer’s Association of North Carolina.
