| | | Bobby Gene Ferrell, 73, of Glendale Road Kenly, died Sunday at Johnston Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Minshew-Coley Funeral Home. Rev. Harold Swinson will officiate. Graveside Thursday 11:00AM in the Ferrell Family Cemetery.
Surviving, wife, Betty Luper Ferrell; two sons, Robert Christopher Ferrell of Kenly; Jonathan Edward Ferrell and wife Resa of Clayton; sister, Edna Lane Luper and husband Ed of Kenly; brothers, Franklin W. Lane and wife Donna of Kenly; 6 grandchildren, Robert Casey Ferrell and wife Elisa; Leah, Ayden, Emma, Eva and Evan Ferrell; 3 great grandchildren; Tristen, Nicole and Ethan Ferrell.
Preceded in death by parents, Rev. Billy Ferrell and Carrie Holloman Barnes Ferrell,sisters, Moye Lane, Myrtle Mae Crumpler, Lois Spivey and Betty Lee Woodard, brothers, Elbert Barnes, Robert Wesley Lane,Percy, Bernard, Raymond and Billy Ferrell
The family will receive friends following the evening service.
