| | | Mary Virginia Barnes, 80, of Kenly and Britthave of Smithfield died Wednesday. Funeral services will be held Friday at 4:00PM in the chapel of Minshew-Coley Funeral Home. Elder Garland Vick and Elder Harold Pittman will officiate. Burial will follow in the Kenly Cemetery.
Preceded in death by husband Allen Raymond Barnes.
Surviving, son, Bobby Allen Barnes and wife Sidney of Kenly; daughter, Kathleen Mozingo and husband Roger of Kenly; brothers, Lester Barnes and Russell Barnes of Wilson; sister, Dora Parks of Charlotte; grandchildren, Crystal wilson, and Allen Barnes both of Elm City, Juarin Barnes, of Smithfield, Linda Coffey of Bunn. Ann Bass of Bailey, Candace Snyder of Fort Benning, GA, Michael Edwards of Kenly; great grandchildren, Ava Wilson of Elm City, Zoey Snyder of Fort Benning, GA, Barbara Dietrich of Fuquay Varina, Roger Bass of Wilson, Billy Coffey of Bailey, Craig Coffey of Bunn, great great grandchild, Noah Bass of Wilson; Britthaven of Smithfield Family.
Family will receive friends Thursday from 7-9 PM at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home.
