| | | Betty Sue Barnes Davis, 65, of Crocker’s Nub Road, died Thursday at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM at New Jerusalem Free Will Baptist Church. Rev. Danny Creech will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving, husband, Ray Davis;three daughters, Susan Payne of Zebulon; Lynn Woodall of Wilson; Wanda Fulghum of Wilson; three sisters, Joyce Nichols and Carolyn Hunt both of Rocky Mount; Linda Sawyer of Camden; one brother, Bill Barnes of Wilson; son-in-laws; Danny Woodall of Middlesex; Mark Fulghum of Rock Ridge; grandchildren; Jessica Wood and Chris; William Godwin and Tammi; Kristen Renfrow, Steven Godwin, Britney. great grandchildren, Cameron Wood, Summer Godwin, Hunter
Godwin.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home.
