| | | Mrs. Kathleen Ballance Woodard, age 77, of Raleigh, NC died Friday at Wake Medical Center. She was born in Wayne County on May 7, 1931 to the late Gideon and Penny Barnes Ballance.
Survivng are her husband of 61 years, David Woodard; three children, Curtis E. Woodard his wife Becky, David D. Woodard and wife Elaine, Lillie P. (Nell) Humphries and husband Rick; 6 Grandchildren: Michael, Lindsay, Jeremy, Richard, Tina, Amy; 11 Greatgrandchildren: Cassidy, Katie, Justin, Jacob, Joshua, Jessica, Caroline, Leah, Courtney, Allexsis, Allyson; brother, Glenway Balance; sister, Betty Jean Mercer.
A viewing will be at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home in Kenly Monday, April 13th from 2:00PM – 3:00 PM. A graveside service to immediately follow at Barnes Family Cemetery. The Rev. Joseph Ballance will officiate.
