| | | Douglas Capps, 70, died December 23, 2008. Funeral services were held Saturday at 11:00 AM in the Minshew-Coley Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Frank Beasley Officiated.
Burial was in the Capps Family Cemetery.
He was born in Johnston County February 22, 1938 to the late Tommy and Thanie Bass Capps.
Surviving, wife; Gladys Pauline Davis Capps; two daughters, Angela Faye Capps of the home; Shelby C. Jones of Four Oaks; two sons, Shelton Capps of the home; Nelson Wayne Capps of Kenly; one sister, Edna Sanders of Smithfield; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
The family will receive friends Friday night from 7-9 PM at Minshew-ColeyFuneral Home.
