Rose M. Swartz, age 43, of Cavanaugh Ct. Upper Sandusky , OH died at the Ohio State University James Cancer Center, Columbus, OH on Thursday Oct. 8, 2009 at 10:45 p.m.

She was born Feb. 12, 1966 in Upper Sandusky, OH to Cloyd & Ruth (Lear) Swartz. Her father preceded her in death, her mother resides in Upper Sandusky.

She is survived by a significant other for many many years, Scott Pryor, Upper Sandusky, a son Craig Bayes, Forest, OH, a daughter Samantha Pryor, Upper Sandusky, Scott's children Josh, Jeremy, Michelle & Scott's grandson, Trenton, 9 brothers and sisters, Sam (Kay) Swartz, Upper Sandusky, OH, Steve (Penny) Swartz, Galion, OH, Tim (Lola) Swartz, Findlay, OH, Cindy (Josie) Swartz, Bucyrus, OH, Tony (Dee) Swartz, Findlay, OH, Susanne (Allen St. Clair) Swartz, Nevada, OH, Sheila (Mark) Stuckert, Forest, OH, Amy (Mike) Stone, Upper Sandusky, OH, Andy (Tracy) Swartz, Carey, OH, 25 nieces & nephews & 16 great nieces & nephews.

Rose was member of Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church. She had been employed by Wyandot Memorial Hospital for 23 years in the medical records department. She enjoyed her children, music and sports, especially co-ed softball.

A Mass of Christian burial will held Tues. Oct. 13, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church. Visitation will be held Mon. Oct 12, 2009 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. in the Bringman Clark Funeral Home. A scripture service will be held at 7:45 p.m. on Mon. Oct. 12, 2009. Memorial contributions may be made to Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
