Stephen, age 56, of Neenah, passed away at his home, Friday, August 28, 2009, following a lengthy illness.
He was born January 25, 1953, son of the late Stephen Dugan and Lorraine (Starking) Gehr.
He is survived by his long time companion: Helen Havens of Neenah, 2 sisters: Dawn Picone, Appleton and Maryann Quinn, Middle Isle, NY.
A memorial service will be held 4 PM Friday, September 4, 2009, at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Lederer Funeral Chapel with Rev. Richard Allen officiating. Friends may call at the funeral chapel on Friday from 2 PM until the time of service.
