1956 – 2009 Elaine Gail (Hellums) Lantz, 52, passed from this life unexpectedly on Sunday, April 19, 2009 in her home. Elaine was born October 26, 1956 in St. Joseph, Missouri. She was a 1974 graduate of Savannah High School and earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from Missouri Western State College. Elaine married Randy Lantz on May 21, 1986 in St. Joseph. She was a purchasing agent for 27 years at Mead Westvaco. Elaine was a member of Savannah United Methodist Church and a very active member of PTO Association at Minnie Cline School. She had a great love for her family and gave her heart to PTO. Survivors: her husband, Randy Lantz, of the home; daughters, Jessie and Jordyn Lantz, of the home; brothers, Mike Hellums, St. Joseph and Dennis Hellums, Savannah; her parents, Eldon and Eva (Koozer) Hellums, Savannah; nephews, David, Chris and Chad Hellums. Celebration of Life: 11 AM Wednesday at Breit-Hawkins & Gladden Funeral Home, Savannah, MO. Private interment will be in Savannah, Missouri Cemetery. Public viewing and family receiving hours 6-8 PM Tuesday. Memorial donations to Arthritis Foundation. | ||
