1939 – 2009 John Wayne Ringot, 69, St. Joseph, Missouri died on Thursday, March 5, 2009 at Heartland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph. John was born August 11, 1939 to Louis and Bernice (Dell) Ringot at St. Joseph, Missouri. He was a 1957 graduate of Savannah High School. John worked at Yenni Hardware in Amazonia for many years. He also worked at Heartland Hospital for 25 years. He retired from Heartland Hospital in 2004. John liked to read, hunt and fish. He enjoyed going to the casino and taking trips on the Country Squire bus. His father preceded John in death. Survivors: mother, Bernice Ringot; brothers, Jim Ringot and wife Barbara; Terry Ringot and wife, Mary; all of Savannah, Missouri; sister, Bernie Lou Thompson, Winfield, Kansas; nieces, Gina; Jennifer; Carrie; Sara; nephew, Christopher; great niece, Kaitlin; great nephews, Garrett; Jacob; Morgan; Cole; Conner; and several cousins. Celebration of Life: 11:00 AM Monday, March 9, 2009 at Breit-Hawkins & Gladden Funeral Home, Savannah, Missouri. Interment at St. John’s Cemetery, Amazonia, Missouri. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 PM Sunday. The family suggests memorials to the Special Olympics, Missouri, Northwest Area. | ||
