| Helen F. Gillispie, 86, Savannah, Missouri died Friday, March 23, 2007 at Danville, Illinois.
Helen was born January 9, 1921 to Perry and Caroline (Davison) Christmas at Corning, Missouri. She was a graduate of Fillmore High School. Helen married Edward Glen Gillispie on October 30, 1937 at Platte City, Missouri. Helen worked at the Home Bank in Savannah and was a homemaker. Preceding in death were her parents; sister, Madeline Young; brothers, Carrol and Elvin Christmas. Survivors: daughter and son in law, Sharon and Lewis Austin, Rossville, Illinois; grandchildren; Mark Austin, St. Joseph, Missouri and Lisa Kiddoo, Danville, Illinois; sister Donna Becker, Protem, Missouri; six great grandchildren. Graveside Celebration of Life: 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at Fillmore, Missouri Cemetery. There is no scheduled viewing or family visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Breit-Hawkins & Gladden Funeral Home, Savannah. | ||
