| | | | Sharon Kay Brewer, 66, Little Rock, Arkansas died Friday, September 1, 2006 in her home. Sharon was born February 3, 1940 near Bolckow, Missouri to the late Perry and Mary “Callie” (Fisher) Brewer. Sharon graduated from Glen Rose High School in 1958 and attended what is now the University of Central Arkansas and University of Arkansas at Fayeteville, majoring in Architecture. She worked as a computer drafter for Dessault Falcon Jet and BEI in Little Rock, Arkansas and an architect in Hot Springs. Sharon was an active member of Little Rock’s First United Methodist Church and attended the Koinonia Sunday School Class whose members served as her support group as she battled cancer. Her identical twin sister, Shirley Jean Brewer also preceded her in death in 2000. Survivors: a sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Lloyd Stephens, Fayetteville, Arkansas; nieces and nephew, Ruth Soller, Colorado; Susie Edwards, California; John Stephens, Springdale, Arkansas; Donna Stephens, Fayetteville; three great nephews and a great niece. Graveside service and burial, 10 AM Thursday, September 7, 2006 at Savannah, Missouri Cemetery. Public viewing and family receiving hours 6-8 PM Wednesday at Breit-Hawkins & Gladden Funeral Home, Savannah, Missouri. The family suggests memorials to Gertrude Remmel Butler Child Development Center, 723 Center Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.
