| Ronnie Joe Auten, 43, St. Joseph, Missouri went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 1, 2006 at his home. Ronnie was born August 29, 1962 at Maryville, Missouri. He was a Loving father, husband, son and brother. Ronnie was a top mechanic all of his adult life in and around St. Joseph. He enjoyed boating and 4-wheelers and was a member of 4-H flat head club. Ronnie married Laura (Shepherd) June 20, 1996 at Savannah, Missouri .
Survivors: His wife Laura Auten; son Jason Auten; daughter Bambie Auten and step-daughter Brittany Long all of the home. Mother Loretta (Herring) Crouch, Savannah, Missouri; father Joe Auten, Maryville, Missouri; sisters Debbie Schrader, Cameron, Missouri; Terry Auten, Bethany, Missouri; several nieces and nephews. His grandparents George and Della Auten; Bertha and Lester Herring; Uncle Duane Auten and cousin Rick Gillenwater preceded him in death. Celebration of Life: 2:00 PM Thursday, July 6, 2006 at Breit-Hawkins & Gladden Funeral Home, Savannah, Missouri. Interment Graves Cemetery, Guilford, Missouri. Public visitation and family receiving hours 6-8 PM Wednesday. The family suggests memorials to Jason Auten Education Fund in care of the funeral home. | ||
