| Helen Louise (Sharp) Brewer, 87, Rosendale, Missouri died Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at LaVerna Village Nursing Home, Savannah, MO. Helen was born December 10, 1919 at Kenneth, Kansas to Perry and Mary (Wells) Sharp. She earned a teachers degree at the University of Kansas and taught at Central, St. Joseph, MO; Republican and Whitesville Schools. Helen married Caroden Brewer on May 28, 1948 at Rosendale, MO and he preceded in death on May 31, 1992. Her parents; brother, Perry Clifford Sharp,a sister, Hazel Wells Sharp and 2 step grandchildren also preceded Helen in death. Helen was a member of Rosendale Christian Church and loved playing bridge. Survivors; son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Kerry Brewer, Rosendale; son, David Brewer, Clarkston, Washington; step-daughter, Ruth Ann Brant, Rosendale; stepsons and their wives, Walter (Roy) and Marcia Brewer, Plattsburg, MO; John and Betty Brewer, Stoddard, Wisconsin; several grandchildren and step-grandchildren; great grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. Celebration of Life will be 2:00 PM Friday, June 22, 2007 at Breit-Hawkins & Gladden Funeral Home, Savannah, MO. Interment at Savannah, MO Cemetery. The family requests memorials to North Andrew Scholarship Foundation or Hands of Hope Hospice. Public viewing and family receiving hours 6-8 PM Thursday. | ||
