Rita Lampert age 94 of Jasper passed away at 7:10 A.M. Monday March 5, 2007 at the Northwood Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Jasper. She was born August 14, 1912 at Ireland to: Max and Elizabeth (Schitter) Renner. She married Leo Lampert November 10, 1936. He passed away January 18, 1968.
Memberships include: St.Joseph Cahtolic Church, St. Anns Society of Irleand and D of I Sodality.
She was a an avid Seamstress and devoted Mother and Grandmother.
Surviving: 4 daughters- Shelba Schuetter, Mrs. Charlie (Donna) Dupps both of Jasper, Mrs. David (Lela) Remmert of Vero Beach FL., Mrs. Larry (Sandra) Kemper of Mooresville IN.
1 son-Myron Lampert of Jasper
3 sisters-Ruth Vonderschmitt, and Esther Gutgsell both of Jasper, and Mrs. Otto (Jean) Begle of Fredinand.

Preceded in death besides her husband is 1 brother-Albert Renner, and 2 sisters-Beatrice Schroeder, and Valeria Bellner
Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Becher & Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper. There will be a Rosary by St. Joseph Parish and the D of I Sodality at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home
Funeral service will be held at 9:30 A.M. Thursday March 8, 2007 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper with burial to follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Ireland.
