Ardella F. Wehr age 83 of Ireland died at 5:05 p.m. Sunday (May 1, 2005) in the Northwood Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Jasper.
She was born at Jasper, Indiana on December 21, 1921 to William H. and Veronica (Streigel) Gehlhausen. She married Eugene J. Wehr on May 9, 1944, he preceded her in death on December 3, 2002.
She was a Homemaker, an avid Quilter and member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ireland and a member of the St. Ann’s Society and the Christians Mothers.
She was a member of the graduating class of Jasper High School in 1939.

Funeral services for Ardella Wehr will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday (May 4, 2005) in St. Mary’s Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Ireland.
Friends may call from 2 – 8 p.m. Tuesday May 3, 2005 at the Becher – Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
Rosary at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday by St. Mary’s Parish and the St. Ann’s Society and the Christian Mothers.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church or the Northwood Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Jasper.
