Louise C. Kreilein age 95 of Jasper,
Indiana died at 11:05 p.m. Saturday
(September 4,
2004) in the Northwood Good Samaritan
Nursing Center in Jasper.
She was born on January 5, 1909 at
Jasper, Indiana to Frank and
Josephine (Schmidt)
Blessinger. She married Leo Kreilein
on
October 22, 1935, he preceded her in
death
on
December 18, 1967.
Louise Kreilein worked for many years
in
the cafeteria at Holy Family School.
She is a member of Holy Family Catholic
Church and the Blessed Virgin Sodality
of Holy
Family Church and the Daughters of
Isabella.
Surviving are 3 daughters;
Mrs. James “Virginia” Merkel and
Mrs. Barbara Burke, both of Jasper, IN
Mrs. John “Linda” Schuck, Belmont, MI
1 son, Richard Kreilein, Jasper, IN
13 grandchildren and 20 great
grandchildren
Preceding her in death besides her
husband
is 1 son, John “Jack” Kreilein. 1
brother,
Alfred
Blessinger, 2 sisters, Tillie Schepers
and Lorena Fischer. 2 half sisters,
Anna Palmateer and
Margaret Price. 2 half brothers, Dr.
Paul Blessinger and Benno Blessinger.
Funeral services for Louise Kreilein
will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday
(September 8,
2004) in Holy Family Catholic Church
with
burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery
in
Jasper.
Rosary at 3:00 p.m. by the Blessed
Virgin Sodality of Holy Family Parish
and the
D of I’s.
Friends may call from 2 - 8 p.m. Tuesday
at the Becher - Kluesner Downtown Chapel
in
Jasper.
Memorial contributions may be made to
Holy Family Catholic Church or to
Northwood
Good Samaritan Nursing Center.
