Albert B. Brames age 93 of St. Anthony,
Indiana died at 9:40 p.m. Friday (Augus
3, 2004) in the Memorial Hospital and
Health Care Center in Jasper.
He was born on January 1, 1911 at St.
Anthony, Indiana to parents Fred and
Anna (Verkamp) Brames.
He married Irma C. Schipp on May 25, 1937 -
she preceded him in death on May 17, 1992.
Albert Brames was a retired farmer and active
in community and farm organizations. He was
a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church also
an avid card player.
Surviving are 1 daughter and 7 sons;

Preceding him in death is one son Norbert Brames. 1 brother, Herman Brames and 4
sisters, Sr. Beatrice Brames O.S.B and
Mary Gunselman, Helen Buechler and Amelia Brames.
Funeral services for Albert B. Brames
will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday
(September
6, 2004) in St. Anthony Catholic Church
with burial to follow in the church
cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 – 8 p.m. Sunday
at the Becher – Kluesner Downtown Chapel
in Jasper.
Prayer Vigil will be held at 4:00 p.m.
Sunday by members of St. Anthony Parish
