Dean J. Collins, age 35 of Haysville, Indiana passed away Sunday Morning at his home in Haysville, Indiana.
He was born on July 17, 1975 to Daniel and Dawn (Hoffman) Collins.
Dean was a farmer and worked at Sultan Run Golf Course.
Dean was a member of the JHS Class of 1994.
He is a member Christ Lutheran Church –Jasper Moose Lodge.
Student manager for Wrestling and Baseball teams during high school.

Funeral services for Dean Collins will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday (July 14, 2011) in Christ Lutheran Church with burial to follow in Community Cemetery in Haysville, Indiana.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday (July 13, 2011) at the Becher & Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tye Collins Memorial Fund.
