Rosetta R. Vonderheide, age 87 of St. Anthony, Indiana died at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday (January 18, 2011) in Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper.
She was born January 30, 1923 at St. Anthony, Indiana to Joseph and Regina (Bromm) Welp. She married Linus J. Vonderheide November 10, 1945 in St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Anthony, Indiana. He preceded her in death on December 8, 2006.
Rosetta is a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church – Christian Mothers Sodality, St. Anthony Community Center, Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary and the Purple Heart.

Daughter, Mrs. Randy (Sharon) Fleck, St. Anthony, IN
Son, Joe Vonderheide and his spouse Carol, St. Anthony, IN
4 grandchildren, Lindsay Fleck Luebbehusen, Abbey Fleck, Kelsey and Khloe Vonderheide.
Preceding her in death besides her husband are 5 brothers, Louis, Clements, Anthony, Lawrence and Herbert Welp. 2 sisters, Margaret Begle and her twin Anita Merter.
Funeral services for Rosetta Vonderheide will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday (January 22, 2011) in St. Anthony Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Anthony Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-8 p..m. Friday (January 21, 2011) at the Becher & Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church, Northwood Retirement Community or to a favorite charity.
