Emilie M. Neukam, age 89 of Dubois, Indiana died at 11:44 a.m. Monday (March 22, 2010) in Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper.
She was born at Martin County, Indiana on September 12, 1920 to George and Barbara (Braun) Wolf. She married Herbert Neukam September 23, 1944, he preceded her in death on October 20, 1981.
Surviving,
1 daughter, Mrs. Travis (Marilyn) Borden, Haysville, IN
2 sons,
Kenneth Neukam and his spouse Liz
Dennis Neukam and his spouse Sharon both Haysville, IN
11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren
1 sister, Selma Goller, Jasper, IN

Emilie Neukam was a homemaker and member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and WELCA of St. Paul’s Church and Haysville Senior Citizens.
She was an avid card player and enjoyed gardening.
Funeral services for Emilie Neukam will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday (March 25, 2010) in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church with burial to follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery. The Rev. Charla Grieves will officiate.
Friends may call from 2-8 Wednesday (March 24, 2010) at the Becher & Kluesner North Chapel and one hour before services at church.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church or to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
