Jerome T. Hasenour, age 85 of St. Anthony, Indiana died at 11:20 a.m. Saturday (January 2, 2010) in the St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper.
He was born at St. Anthony, Indiana on September 14, 1924 to August and Stella (Schnell) Hasenour. He married Loretta Stemle on October 2, 1947 in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana – married for 62 years.

Jerome Hasenour was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Briedenbaugh’s Concrete where he was a truck driver for many years.
He is a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Vincent De Paul Society, St. Anthony Conservation Club – St. Anthony Community Center – Schnellville Conservation Club - St. Anthony American Legion and the 40 & 8.
His hobbies were auctions and flee markets.
Funeral services for Jerome Hasenour will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday (January 6, 2010) in St. Anthony Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Anthony’s Cemetery. St. Anthony American Legion will conduct military grave side rites.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday (January 5, 2010) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper and one hour before services at church.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Catholic Church or to a favorite charity.
