Linus J. (Boots) Kluemper, age 61, Jasper, Indiana, died at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday (August 19, 2009) Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center, Jasper, Indiana.
He was born in Jasper on September 18, 1947 to Linus and Geneva (Bromm) Kluemper. Married to Joan Zehr on September 8, 1973 at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Dubois.

Linus Kluemper retired from Kimball International where he had worked for 29 years.
He is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church – Jasper Moose Club .
Funeral services for Linus (Boots) Kluemper will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday (August 22, 2009) in St. Joseph Catholic Church with entombment to follow in Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday (August 21, 2009) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper.
Jasper Moose Lodge #1175 will have a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or to a favorite charity.
