Ruby Milligan age 82 of Jasper passed away at 1:14 A.M. Tuesday July 28, 2009 at Jasper Memorial Hospital. She was born July 6, 1927 at Brazil IN. to Charles and Sadie (Todd) Joseph. She married Richard “Dick” Milligan October 11, 1948.
Memberships include: Holy Family Catholic Church.
She worked at Kmart in Jasper-retired
She was an avid Jasper Wildcat fan.
Surviving: 4 sons- Michael, Steven, and Joseph Milligan all of Jasper, Patrick Milligan of Jacksonville FL.
2 daughters- Mrs. Michael (Cindi) Meyer of Jasper, Mrs. Robert (Theresa) Suhrheinrich of Lincoln City IN.
2 sisters-Mrs. Bill (Vi) Southard, and Mrs. Chuck (Mel) Callahan both of Indianapolis.

Preceded in death besides her husband is 1 daughter-Linda Weisman, 1 brother-Ray Joseph, and 1 sister-Anne Russell
Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Becher & Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday July 30, 2009 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.
