Dorothy M. Korff, age 78, died Tuesday 4/21/2009 at her home in Salem, Indiana. Born:February 8, 1931 in Dubois, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Edwin
and Margaret (Reckelhoff) Heeke.
She married Dec. 29, 1951 to Louis J. Korff Jr., who survives.
She was a homemaker, a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Salem
for 54 years and had been a resident of Washington County since 1955,
formerly of Dubois, Indiana.
Survivors include:
Husband: Louis J. Korff Jr.
1 Son: Louis J. "Jay" Korff, III, Louisville, Kentucky;
3 Daughters: Lana K. Dougherty, Corydon, Indiana, Gina L. Naugle and Ava J.
Kinney, both of Salem. 2 Sisters: Betty Fritz, Findlay, Ohio and Rosemary
Wigand, Jasper, Indiana
7 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: 1 Daughter (Rhonda Korff) and 1 granddaughter.

A Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00 am on Saturday at St. Patrick Catholic
Church.
Visitation: 2 to 8 pm Friday and 9 to 10:30 am Saturday at Dawalt Funeral
Home.
