Kenneth John Waddell, age 70 of Jasper died at his home on Saturday Morning (November 15, 2008).
He was born in Jasper on March 7, 1938 Indiana to Edgar and Florence (Kuper) Waddell.
Kenneth “Hawk” Waddell retired from Jasper Seating Company where he worked for 45 years.
Member of St. Joseph Catholic Church – He played baseball for the Deer Trail League, also Softball for the Jasper City League. And an Avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds
Surviving are 2 sisters;
Mrs. Bob (Mary Lou) Patberg, Huntingburg, IN
Mrs. Shirley Lemond, Velpen, IN
2 brothers;
Jim Waddell & Spouse Frances
Bob Waddell & Spouse Anne both of Jasper, IN
Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Kenneth Waddell will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday (November 19, 2008) in St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday ( November 18, 2008) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or to the Dubois County Food Bank.
