Aloysius H. (Ollie) Fleck age 87 of Jasper died at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday (December 5, 2007) in the Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.
He was born in Jasper on November 10, 1920 to Frank and Mary (Buschkoetter) Fleck - married Adeline Kluesner on September 24, 1946 she preceded him in death on October 2, 2001.
Ollie Fleck is a WWII Army Veteran and retired employee of the Jasper Office Furniture Company in Jasper .
He served on the Jasper City Utility Board for many years and was a past Post Commander of the V.F.W. Post # 673 in Jaspe he also served on the Finance Commission of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church - Knight of Columbus – V.F.W. Post # 673, – American Legion Post # 147.

Preceding him in death besides his wife is 1 daughter Sharon Fleck 3 sons Bill Fleck and Jerry Fleck and Patrick who died in infancy. 8 brothers, Leo, Andrew, Hubert, Lawrence, Andrew J., Bernard, Edward and Leonard and 3 sisters Helen Bryon, Rose Weyer and Agnes Brentzel.
Funeral services for Aloysius Fleck will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday (December 10, 2007) in St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper. V.F.W. Post # 673 in Jasper will conduct Military Grave Side Rites.
Friends may call from 11-8 p.m. Sunday at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper or to a favorite charity.
