I was so very sad to learn Representative Heeke had passed away. I was an staff member of the Indiana House of Representatives and the Indiana Legislative Council during the late 1960 and into the 1970s. He was always most kind to the "new kids" and shared his knowledge with us all when we asked for his help. He was a good, good person. We are all better for knowing him during some point in our lives. Thank you Heeke family for sharing him with the rest of the state of Indiana.
