| Jerry W. Briscoe, Sr., 60, of Winfield, WV passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at his home.
Born December 19, 1951 in Winfield, he was a son of the late Armon Allen and Arbutus Meadows Briscoe; his brothers, William Earl, Harry Allen, Richard Harold and Roger Okey; his sister, Shirley Moore. Jerry was a self-employed masonary worker. Surviving are his wife, Bonnie Sue Briscoe; his sons, Jerry Wayne, Jr. (Jessice Baird) and Scottie Dewayne (Carisa) all of Winfield, William Allen (Nick) of Nitro; his sister, Mae McCallister of Hurricane; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Service will be held 11am Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Chapman Funeral Home, 3941 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane with Roger Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Vernon Cemetery, Hurricane.
