| | | Patricia Reed Phillips, 81, of Tornado passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Hubbard Hospice House West, South Charleston.
Born January 2, 1931 in South Charleston, Patricia was a daughter of the late Floyd H. and Ruth E. Miller Reed. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Melvin, Floyd and Charles Reed.
She is survived by her husband, Irvin N. Phillips; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael I. and LuAnn Phillips of St. Albans, Scott D. and Cindy Phillips of Tornado; sister, Kay Kirkland of Washington, Utah; brothers, Bill Reed of Rawlins and Jerry Reed of Portland, Oregon; sister-in-law, Carolyn Reed of St. Albans; as well as four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans with Rev. Robert Spalding officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hubbard Hospice House West, 4605A MacCorkle Avenue, South Charleston, WV 25309.
